FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Which sources can Second Brain draw on?

Shared folders, SharePoint and Teams, emails, PDF and Word documents, and company systems such as CRM or ERP. We choose the specific sources together, based on where your knowledge is stored.

Where is our data stored?

We build the solution so that data stays under your control, typically in your Microsoft 365 and Azure environment. We agree the exact location and processing method in the initial analysis.

Will everyone see everything?

No. Second Brain respects existing permissions. An employee gets an answer only from documents they have access to.

Can an agent do anything without my approval?

Only where you allow it. For important steps, such as sending a quote or posting an invoice, the agent prepares a draft and waits for approval. It follows permissions and every step it takes is logged.

What if the answer isn't in the documents?

Second Brain doesn't make answers up. It says it didn't find one in the sources and suggests who to contact.
